These Terms govern your use of UnitDime and its educational, practice, testing, study, and related services. By using UnitDime, you agree to these Terms.

1. Educational purpose

UnitDime is designed to support learning, practice, assessment, study tracking, and educational administration. UnitDime does not guarantee any examination result, rank, admission outcome, academic result, or other particular outcome.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping your account secure. You must not intentionally access another person's account or allow unauthorized use of your account.

3. Student and institution accounts

Some accounts may be created, assigned, or managed by schools or educational institutions. Institution administrators and authorized teachers may manage appropriate account and academic features within the permissions provided by UnitDime.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use UnitDime to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt UnitDime's operation or security.
• Upload malicious software or intentionally harmful content.
• Impersonate another person or misuse another user's account.
• Use automated methods to overload, scrape, or abuse the service without authorization.
• Use UnitDime in violation of applicable law.

5. Tests, questions, and educational content

Questions, solutions, mock tests, interfaces, software, and other material available through UnitDime may be owned by UnitDime, participating institutions, licensors, or other respective rights holders. Access to content does not automatically grant permission to republish, sell, reproduce, or redistribute it.

6. Availability and changes

UnitDime may change, improve, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features as the platform develops. We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

7. Scores and analytics

UnitDime may calculate scores, statistics, progress information, timing data, rankings, or analytics based on information available to the platform. Users should report suspected errors so they can be reviewed.

8. Account restriction

Access may be restricted or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect users, institutions, UnitDime, platform security, or the integrity of assessments, or in response to serious violations of these Terms.

9. Young users

If applicable law requires a parent, guardian, school, or other authorized person to provide permission or consent for your use of UnitDime, you should use the service only with that required permission or consent.

11. Disclaimer

UnitDime is provided for educational purposes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee that it will meet every user's requirements or remain available without interruption.
